Founded in 1968, Golden State Health Centers (GSHC)specializes in nursing and psychiatric care. Golden State facilities are located throughout greater Los Angeles including the City of Los Angeles, the San Fernando and San Gabriel valleys, Glendale and Santa Monica.

We provide:
- Long term nursing care
- Rehabilitation services
- Assisted living
- Psychiatric care
- Residential treatment for individuals with Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of dementia.
